摘要
针对弱光反馈的情形 ,运用薄膜干涉的理论 ,对弱光条件下的多外腔自混合干涉进行了分析 ,并基于含复合腔激光器结构 ,建立了理论模型 ,进行了理论分析及数据仿真 .研究的成果有助于研究光纤耦合的自混合干涉测量设备 .
The self-mixing interference (SMI) signal is obtained by feeding the laser beam from an object back to the laser cavity, which can causes an intensity modulation of the laser output. The theory of the self-mixing effect has been extensively analyzed in the literature. The self-mixing interference effect in the LD with multiple external reflectors is analized and the analytical mode based on the compound cavity effect in lasers is present. The general expression of the threshold gain and frequency in the compound laser cavity is deduced and some simulation analysis at different conditions is made. This principle is used to analyze the fiber-coupled self-mixing system.
