摘要
以水蒸气蒸馏法从牡丹皮中提取丹皮酚 ;用浓硫酸、发烟硫酸磺化丹皮酚 ,得产物丹皮酚磺酸钠 ,并通过HPLC、TLC、FTIR、UV检测鉴定其理化性质 ;对丹皮酚、丹皮酚磺酸钠进行了初步的抑制植物病原细菌和真菌的试验 ,发现其对稻细条斑病菌 (简称RS10 5 )、青枯病菌、苹果斑枯病菌、玉米纹枯病菌有较强的抑制作用 .
Paeonol was extracted from peony by steam distillation. Sodium paeonol sulfonate was synthesized by treating paeonol with concentrated sulfuric acid and oleum,and its physicochemical properties were surveyed by manners of HPLC、TLC、FTIR and UV. Primary bacteriostatic effects on plant pathogenic fungi and bacteria showed that paeonol and sodium paeonol sulfonate had remarkably inhibiting effects on Xanthmonas oryzae pv.oryzicda,Pseudomonas solanacearum Smith, Phyllosticta mali Pril.et Delac.and Rhizoctonia solani Kühn.
