摘要 研究了相转移催化条件下,以辛醇与环氧氯丙烷为原料合成正辛基缩水甘油醚的工艺条件,考察了原料量比、反应温度和反应时间等因素对反应的影响,实验表明:苄基三乙基氯化铵为相转移催化剂,n(正辛醇):n(环氧氯丙烷)为1:1.15,反应温度40℃,反应时间5.5 h,正辛基缩水甘油醚收率90%以上. Octyl glycide ether was prepared by the reaction of octyl alcohol with epichlorohydrin in the presence of triethyl benzyl ammonium chloride as phase-transfer catalyst and toluene as solvent. The influences of the ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature, and reaction time are studied. The results showed that when the n(a-octyl alcohol) : n (epichlorohydrin) was 1:1.15, the reaction temperature was 40C , and the reaction time was 5.5 h, the yield of the product was above 90% .
