摘要
对比新鲜和使用9个月UOP公司的QZ2000催化剂,研究催化剂孔容及比表面积、品型、积炭的表征和热苯洗再生,探析催化剂失活的机理:失活主要是在品内孔深度烷基化,并逐渐外扩散,形成积炭可热苯洗再生,砷、硫、羰基铁和镍等造成催化剂的永久性失活.
By comparing fresh QZ2000 catalyst of UOP company with the catalyst used for 9 months, the properties of the catalyst such as pore volume, surface area, crystal structure, carbon deposit characteristic and heated benzene regeneration were studied, and the mechanisms of inactivity of the catalyst were researched. The most important reasons of the inactivity of the catalyst are as follows. 1 . Deeper alkylation in inter crystal pore and diffuse out to cause the carbon deposit, and it can regenerate through heated benzene; 2. Arsenic, sulphur, iron carbonyl and nickel carbonyl result to the inactivity of catalyst forever.
