摘要
较详细地报导了聚醚型消泡剂的合成及在乙烯装置工艺水中的应用.采用以甲苯为溶剂,酸催化共沸脱水酯化法合成甘油聚氧乙烯、聚氧丙烯醚硬脂酸酯消泡剂,通过对配料比、反应温度和反应时间三个因素的考察,得到最佳工艺条件.经小试、中试研究结果表明:合成的工艺条件稳定,产品具有优良的消泡性能.
The synthesis of polyether type defoamer agent and its application to the process water in the ethylene device are reported. The defoamer of glycerin polyoxyethylene and polyoxypropene stearic ester was synthesized with acid as catalyst and toluene as solvent through azeotropic dehydration and esterification method. The optimum technical conditions were obtained by discussing how the material ratio, reaction temperature and time affect on defoaming rate. The results of lab and pilot experiments show that the synthesis process is very stable and defoaming property of the product is very good.
