摘要
对两种现场钻井完井液体系进行了岩心损害与解堵实验测试,并对不同类型的氧化型解堵液和酸化液进行了腐蚀性对比实验评价。实验结果表明,正电胶钻井液具有较好的储层保护性能;氧化型解堵液的解堵效果明显优于非氧化型解堵液;氧化型解堵液适合于解除聚合物钻井液固相损害,而且对金属设备的腐蚀性小,可以进行现场作业。
Damages to cores, which are caused by two kinds of drilling and completion fluids and blocking removing, are tested in lab, at the same time, various oxidation blocking removers and acidifying fluids are compared with their causticities in lab. The test results show that MMH can protect formations from damaging effectively, the oxidation blocking removers has remarkably better performances than that of nonoxidation ones, the oxidation blocking remover with little corrosion to metals is fit for removing solids damages resulted from polymer muds and field operations.
