长庆气田小直径管排水采气工艺技术

The Technology of Gas Production by Dewatering through Small-Dimension Pipes in Changqing Gasfield

介绍了小直径管注发泡剂排水采气工艺的原理及流程,筛选出了适合长庆靖边气田的发泡剂和消泡剂,优选出该气田小直径管排水采气的工艺参数。现场试验证明,该工艺技术能解决长庆靖边气田部分气井因产地层水影响气井稳产的问题。

Working principles and processes of the gas production technology by foamers in smalldimension pipes are presented, and the foamers and defoamers fitting for Jingbian gasfield came out, meanwhile, the technical parameters of this technology were optimized also. Its field applications show that this technology provides a new method for stabilizing gas recovery in this area.
