摘要
介绍了高炉布料器齿轮箱在线工况监测与故障分析诊断系统的设计思路、基本构成以及主要功能。系统采用工业控制计算机实现对高炉布料器齿轮箱工况的不间断连续监测 ,为高炉的安全、高效运行提供了必要的技术手段。同时 ,文中通过齿轮箱驱动电机电流信息对低频故障进行了分析诊断 。
The design idea, configuration and main functions of an online condition monitoring, analysis and diagnosis system for the Charging Gear Box of a Blast Furnace are introduced in the paper. Based on the industrial personal computer, the condition of the gearbox can be continuously monitored, which offers an effective means for the secure and high efficient operation of the blast furnace. Moreover, a method for the diagnosis of low frequency faults in the low speed gearbox based on the electric motor current is also proposed in this paper. Application results show that this method is feasible for the fault diagnosis of the low speed running gearbox.
