摘要
介绍了一种基于 L ab Windows/ CVI虚拟仪器平台的摩托车发动机曲轴连杆总成动平衡测试系统的测量原理和计算方法 ,详细讨论了动平衡测量的硬件组成和软件设计。该系统能测量曲轴连杆总成的双面动不平衡量、主轴倾角、不平衡率等质量特性参数 ,具有功能完备、高精度、高效率、人机友好等优点。系统已在生产现场使用 ,可替代某些进口设备 。
A test system of dynamic balancing of the crank shaft connecting rod assembly of motorcycle engines based on LabWindows/CVI is discussed in this paper. It can measure some quality characteristic parameters of the assembly,such as the value of double plane imbalance , obliquity of principal axis, imbalance ratio and so on. An introduction to the theory of measurement and the method of calculation is made. The hardware composition and software design of the system are discussed in detail. The system has some merits such as maturity function, high precision, high efficiency and man machine coordination. It has been used at production site and can replace some import facilities to cheapen the cost of production.
