施工总承包工程管理模式的优化

随着改革开放的进一步深入,在我国广泛采用的施工总承包工程管理模式逐渐暴露出其不足之处。本文通过对我国施工总承包管理模式现状分析,找出其不足,并进行优化,提出较为适合我国经济转型时期具体情况的工程管理模式。

With the deepening of reform and opening up to the outside world, the management model of construction turn-key contracting extensively adopted in China has exposed its weakness. The existing deficiency is pointed out and optimized based on the analysis of the current situations of the model in China, and an engineering management model more suitable to our country during the economic transition period is put forward.
