摘要
通过对裂解炉结焦机理和气-液-水三相平衡的研究,提出结焦由对流段产生结焦先兆物引起。采用新型注汽技术改造,降低结焦先兆物,使裂解炉开工率提高到96.8%以上。
After studying coke reaction mechanism and vapor - liquid - water three - phase equilibrium, we think that the coke is produced by coke precursor in convection section of cracking furnace. The paper describes that new type inject steam technology can reduce coke precursor, resulting in operation rate of cracking furnace over 96.8 % .
