教师与新课程实施:基于CBAM的个案分析 被引量:21

摘要 教师在课程改革中发挥着重要作用,教师转变是课程改革取得实效的关键。我们通过对现有理论的分析,以“关注为本采用模式”(CBAM)为基础,对重庆北碚实验区的两所学校中的部分教师进行了个案调查,评定了教师在新课程实施中的“关注阶段”与“使用水平”,并且初步探讨了新课程实施的影响因素。结果表明,新课程已在两所学校得到了一定程度的实施;学校以往参与的相关教育改革是影响教师实施新课程的重要因素。
