延安区域产业结构变动趋向分析

Analysis of Changing Tendency on Regional Industrial Structure of Yanan

引用比较劳动生产率与部门生产率指标对延安区域产业结构分析表明:第一产业内部存在大量剩余劳动力,劳动生产率水平低;第二产业发展依赖能源工业,产业内部结构单一;第三产业发展滞后,产值水平不高。进而提出延安产业结构变动的合理趋向,即大力提高农业劳动生产率,确立林牧业为支柱产业,实施农业产业化发展策略;立足能源工业,积极发展相关配套产业以及深加工业,促进工业内部结构合理化,走新型工业化道路;以科学技术、信息咨询和房地产为主导产业,以旅游业为支柱产业,大力发展第三产业。实现延安产业结构的优化升级。

With the reference of its comparative labor productivity and department productivity indexes,we can analyze the regional industrial structure of Yanan and draw the following conclusion:its primary industry has a low productivity and a great number of surplus labor force;the development of its secondary industry depends on energy source industries,and the structure of its secondary industry is simple;the development of its tertiary industry is laggard,and the production value of its tertiary industry is relatively low.Therefore,the reasonable development tendency on the regional industrial structure of Yanan should be as follows:taking effectcve measures to enhance agricultural labor productivity,establishing forestry and stockbreeding industry as its polar industry,actualizing the strategy of agricultural industrialization;based on energy source industry,developing interrelated industries and further procession industry actively,rationalizing the inner structure of its industries,exploring a new type of industrialization;cultivating polar industries,such as scihightechlogy industry,information inquiry industry and tourism,etc.to develop its tertiary industry to make the regional industrial structure of Yanan more reasonable and competitive.
