延安经济发展新探

New Study of Economic Development of Yan'an

根据对延安经济发展现状及影响因素的分析,延安要如期实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,应该确立"三带动、两培育、一支撑"的总体发展思路,并采取转变思想观念、加强农村基层组织建设和农业产业化经营、加快小城镇建设和产业结构调整、加快国企改革和非公经济发展、加快教育体制改革和对外开放等对策。

According to present situation analysis on Yan'an economic development and it's influence factors,if the objective of a welltodo society to be realized,some necessary steps must be taken,such as establishing an overall development thinking of'Three Drives,Two Trainnings and One Mainstay',changing the old idea,strengthening rural orgnization construction and agriculture industral management,speeding up smallsized city and town's construction and industrialization structure adjustment,speeding up economic development of stateowned and privaterun enterprises reform,at same time speeding up education reform and policy of opening to the outside.
