With the tendency of diversifying training subjects and disposing teachers in the market,the current subsidizing system to Normal University students of which the main feature is the professional scholarship doesn't fist in with the need of the changed pedagogic ed- ucation.The subsidizing ways to Normal University students assume three tendencies:the professional loan displaces the professional scholar- ship;the subsidizing conduct of subjects becomes a contract;and a series of subsidizing ways arise.
