房地产投资信托(REIT)在美国既是一种新兴的投资工具,也可视为一种良好的融资工具。它对保护中小投资者利益,促进房地产企业的发展均有深远意义。房地产信托组织的先进管理方法对我国建立相关模式可起到很好的借鉴和启示。
The Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) is a new investment instrument originated in the US. and can be considered as a good financing tool. It is of profound and lasting significance to protect interests of investors of medium -and - small scale and to promote the development of real estate enterprises. REIT presenst its reference and inspiration on establishing the relevant pattern in China.
