摘要
制约电子商务发展最关键的环境因素是信用问题,要想改善电子商务信用环境,必须分析我国电子商务信用环境的现状及存在的问题,并从建设政府信用、企业信用、个人信用和培育信用中介组织、建立信用规划等方面制定出相应对策。
Credit problem is the most important environmental factor to prevent Electronic Commerce from developing. The improvement Electronic Commerce's credit environment, relies on the analysis on the phenomena and problems of Chinese Electronic Commerces' credit environment this paper presents several countermeasures which surround sone sides such as establishing government credit, enterprise credit and personal credit, cultivating credit organization, establishing credit regulation,etc.
