3种垫料物质对大鼠血液生化指标和肝细胞色素P_(450)酶系的影响 被引量:9

The Effect of Three Bedding Materials on the Rat's Blood Biochemical Parameters and Liver's Cytochrome P_(450) Enzyme System

摘要 目的 观察松木、玉米秸、麦秸 3种垫料物质对大鼠血液生化指标和肝脏细胞色素P4 50 (CytP4 50 )酶系的影响。方法 将SD大鼠随机分为松木组、玉米秸组、麦秸组和对照组 ,于饲养 1、2、3、4周时测定血液中的丙氨酸转氨酶 (GPT)、白蛋白 (ALB)和总蛋白 (TP) ,测定肝脏细胞色素P4 50 酶 (CytP4 50 )、细胞色素b5酶 (Cytb5)和NADPH_细胞色素C还原酶。结果  3个实验组与对照组的GPT、ALB和TP值相比无统计学差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,且均在正常范围之内。松木在 2~ 4周对CytP4 50 有显著诱导作用 (P <0 0 5 ) ,第 3周差异极显著 (P <0 0 1) ;在 1~ 4周对NADPH_细胞色素C还原酶有诱导作用 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其中 2~ 4周差异极显著 (P <0 0 1) ;在 2、3周对Cytb5有诱导作用 (P <0 0 5 )。麦秸在第 2、3周可以诱导CytP4 50 和Cytb5的活性增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ,在 3、4周可以诱导NADPH_细胞色素C还原酶的活性增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ;玉米秸在 2、3周时对CytP4 50 和NADPH_细胞色素C还原酶均有诱导作用 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而仅在第 3周表现对Cytb5的诱导 (P <0 0 5 )。将玉米秸组和麦秸组的酶诱导作用与松木组进行比较 ,2~ 4周 ,玉米秸组CytP4 50 的值低于松木组的值 (P <0 0 5 ) ;2、3周麦秸组CytP4 50 Objective To observe the effect of three bedding materials that were pine, com cane and straw on the rat's blood biochemical parameters and liver's cytochrome P 450 enzyme system.Methods All SD rats were divided into four groups randomly: pine group, com cane group, straw group and control group. The rats were killed after being raised 1,2,3,4 weeks respectively, and glutamate-pyruvate transaminase (GPT), albumin (ALB), total protein (TP), cytochrome P 450, cytochrome b 5 and NADPH-cytochrome C reductase were measured. Results Compared GPT, ALB and TP of three experimental groups with those of the control, there was no significant difference (P>0.05), and the values were all in normal range. Compared with the control group, pine could induce the cytochrome P 450 enzyme at 2-4 week (P<0.05), the values were more than the controls obviously (P<0.01). It could induce the NADPH-cytochrome C reducase at 1-4 week (P<0.05), with significant difference (P<0.01) . The inducement to the cytochrome b 5 could be observed at 2,3 week (P<0.05) . Straw could increase the activity of the cytochrome P 450 and the cytochrom b 5 at 2,3 week obviously (P<0.05) . The NADPH-cytochrome C reducase increased at 3,4 week (P<0.05) . The inducement to the cytochrome P 450 and the NADPH-cytochrome C reducase of corn cane could be observed at 2,3 week (P<0.05),while there showed the inducement to cytochrom b 5 only at 3 week (P<0.05) . Compared the inducement effect of the corn cane and the straw with the pine, the values of the cytochrome P 450 enzyme of the corn cane group were less than the pine group's at 2,3,4 week (P<0.05). The values of the cytochrome P 450 enzyme of the straw group were less than the pine group's at 2,3 week (P<0.05). The cytochrome b-5 enzyme of the corn cane group was less than the pine group's (P<0.05) at 2 week. The NADPH- cytochrome C reducase of the straw group was less than the pine group's at 2,3,4 week (P<0.05), and the difference at 2 week was significant (P<0.01). The NADPH-cytochrome C reducase of the corn cane group was less than the pine group's at 3,4 week (P<0.05), and the difference at 4 week was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Three bedding materials show no effect on GPT, ALB and TP. Pine has strong inducement to the rat's liver cytochrome P 450 enzyme system. The corn cane and the straw can also show some inducement, but their inducement is lower than pine's significantly.;
