行业垄断现象在我国现行社会较为普遍,它在一定程度上与行政垄断密切相连,因而只有对行政垄断进行合理规制,才能限制不合理的行业垄断,最终保障广大消费者的合法权益。

The phenomenon of industrial monopoly has become prevalent in today's society. In a sense, it is closely related with administrative monopoly. So only through the proper regulation on the administrative monopoly can the legal right of the basic consumers be protected.
