摘要
研究了木槿属植物裂瓣槿、木芙蓉以及扶桑 4个栽培变种不同器官的过氧化物酶同工酶 ,结果表明 ,同一植株不同器官的酶谱不同 ,酶谱具有器官特异性 ;木芙蓉与裂瓣槿和扶桑的酶谱差异较大 ,裂瓣槿与扶桑的酶谱有一致性 ,扶桑 4个栽培变种的酶谱有较高的一致性 ,其中红色中玫槿的酶谱兼有洋红中玫槿和裂瓣槿的酶带 ,结合形态学特征和染色体倍性关系的研究结果 。
The peroxidase(POD)isozymes in various organs of several species of Hibiscus were studied.The results showed:1)the zymogram patterns were different in various organs of the same plant.2)The zymogram patterns had biggish differences between H schizopetalus and H mutabilis,but had consistency between H schizopetalus andH rosa sinensis,and had high consistency among fourvarieties of H rosa sinensis.3)H rosa sinensis ‘Scarlet’ was thought to be a hybrid of H schizopetalus and H rosa sinensis ‘Brilliant’ for its zymogram not only had coenzym bands of H schizopetalus but also had coenzyme bands of H rosa sinensis ‘Brilliant’.
