信用是市场经济的基础 ,没有信用市场经济就不能健康发展。企业信用是一种重要的资本和资产 ,是企业从事社会经济活动的经济身份证。治理企业信用危机 ,必须确立市场经济就是信用经济的观念 ,开展以企业为主体的信用管理 ,采用先进的信用管理技术 ,创造良好的企业信用。
Credit is the base of market economy, and market economy cannot develop healthily without credit. Credit of enterprise is an important asset, and an economic ID card to take on social economic activities. In order to govern credit crisis, it is necessary to identify market economy as a credit economy, develop credit management in which enterprise is main body, adopt advanced credit management technology, and create sound enterprise credit.
