本文建立二阶定常扰动系统周期解存在的必要条件以及充分条件。二阶非定常系统的扰动线性系统是力学、生物学以及生态学等学科中最普遍的方程。

Second order non- autonomous perturbed linear system is the most common differential equation of mechanics, biology and ecology, etc. In this paper, we shall establish necessary and sufficient condition for fine existence of periodic solution of the system. The results have extensive practical value.
