2 0 0 1年 1 2月 ,我国正式加入世界贸易组织 (即WTO) ,承诺从 2 0 0 1年开始逐步开放我国金融市场 ,到2 0 0 5年所有的地域限制都将撤销 ,中国将全面开放国内金融市场和人民币业务。国内金融市场的开放和外资银行大量涌入 ,将使国内银行业的竞争更加激烈 ,一些经营不好、效益差的银行的倒闭将成为事实。开展金融创新 ,提高国内银行的竞争力 。

Our country officially granted the entry into WTO in Dec 12,2001,as well a s promised to begin to open our finance markets gradually,By 2005 all regional r es trictions should ba cancelled.China will be open its finance markets and currenc y business completely.With the open of finance market and the entry of foreign b anking,it makes the state banking compete vigorously.This is the fact that some bankings which can't manage and profit well are closed.Also it is most import ant to develop new ideas in finance and improve the competition of the state ban kings.
