肉碱在心血管疾病发生中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 肉碱是食物的组成成分,被认为是类维生素的营养素.它是一种氨基酸衍生物,在肝脏和肾脏中由赖氨酸和蛋氨酸合成,然后进入血液循环,此外也可在大脑中合成.人们可从饮食中得到,摄入量可决定其吸收速率,是一种重要的辅因子.肉碱有两种异构体-D型和L型,只有L-型肉碱才具有生物学活性.近年的研究显示,肉碱具有一系列重要的临床作用,包括治疗心血管疾病、糖尿病、肝脏疾病、肾脏疾病、减肥、降低血氨、抑制病理情况下的程序性细胞死亡的发生、增加运动耐力、改善生育能力等[1].在心血管方面研究发现,肉碱能够减轻心肌缺血性损害,减小心肌梗死的面积,改善心肌功能,并有降低血脂、使周围血管病改善等作用[2].本文仅就肉碱在心血管疾病发生中作用的研究进展作一综述.
