摘要
改革开放和加入WTO ,使中国企业的经营环境发生了巨大的变化 ,人本思想日益受到企业的重视。人力资源管理的目标应该是为企业创造价值 ,重点是根据企业的发展战略确立人才标准 ,进一步为企业发现人才 ,留住关键人才。
