转变教学观念,实施素质教育

Changing Teaching Conception,Carrying out Quality Education

本文认为素质教育的内容系统植根于责质教育的结构层次 ,即自然生理素质、心理素质和社会文化素质。因此 ,就进行综合素质教育的人才培养而言 ,应以转变教学观念为基准 ,从开发学生的潜能、培养学生的个性、传递文化知识入手 ,以达到强化学生的生理素质、优化学生的心理素质。

The content of quality education is rooted in its structure levels including physiological quality,psychological quality and social cultural quality.As far as quality education for talent training is concerned,the change of teaching conception should be put in the first place,then teaching should focus on how to develop students' potential,cultivate students' personality and teach students cultural knowledge so as to strengthen their physiological quality,optimize their psychological quality and improve their cultural quality.
