Traditional Jun-wares and Modern Ceramic Art

钧瓷艺术是中国珍贵的传统文化遗产 ,它具有独特的艺术形式和丰富的艺术语言。现代陶艺是当代中国艺术领域新的课题。

The Jun-wares Art is the important part of the Chinese traditional cu lture. It has very special artistic forms and splendid artistic language. The co ntemporary ceramics is a new domain in the Chinese Modern Art. Many people creat e contemporary ceramic art with medium of the Jun-wares, and specialists and art istic critics pay attention to this particular forms. Most of ceramic art falls into one of four categories: pottery, vessels, sculpture, and architectural cera mics. The aim of this paper is show how some aspect of these problems affect the field of ceramic art.
