大学毕业生找工作已成为难题,其主要原因是我国经济体制转型和经济结构调整,以及高等教育脱离市场需求。解决知识分子失业问题关系到国家民族的兴旺发达。高等院校不能盲目求全,应找准自己的定位,人才培养模式与国际接轨,加快师资队伍建设的步伐,改革高等学校的课程设置,加强支撑保障体系的建设。

It becomes difficult for the college students to find a job because China is urdergoing econonic transformation, structural readjusment, higher education lagging behind the market. Intillectuals' joblessness sways the rise fall of our country in the new situation, higher education authorities have to locate rightly, quicken the construction of teachers team, reform the arrangement of disciplines, and strengthen the secure system.
