十六大提出建设政治文明,是我们党对社会主义现代化建设理性认识的深化。政治文明的基本内容包括政治观念、政治制度、政治行为三个层面,党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国的有机统一是我国社会主义政治文明的本质特征和重要优势。
The advertisement of the construction of the socialist political civilization by the 16th national congress is a mark of the deeper rationalization of the socialist modernization, and the integral three aspects of it are the political idea, political system and political behaviour. The intrinsic traits and the most significant advantages are the conformity of Party's leadership, People's mastership and country's ruling and building legally.
