紫皮洋葱和黄皮洋葱水分的测定

Water analysis in pink skin onion and yellow skin onion

采用SC 69— 0 2C型水分快速测定仪测定了两种洋葱中的含水量 ,鲜洋葱的含水量较高 ,均超过 90 % 。

Water in two kinds of onion were determined by Sc 69-02C water fast detector.The results showed that pink skin onion and yellow skin onion containd a lot of water (>90%),and the contain of water in two kinds of onion are not obviously different.
