Clash and Equilibrium of the Right of Privacy and Power of Knowing

知情权与隐私权应是公民的两种基本权利,但其冲突在现实生活中时有发生,如何避免二者的冲突,维护二者的平衡,就必须对隐私权和知情权的内涵进行科学的界定,严格掌握解决隐私权和知情权的冲突与平衡的原则,加强理论研究,完善公民人身权法律制度。

The power of knowing the facts of a case and right of privacy should be citizens' two basic rights, between which the clash often occurs. How to avoid the clash and maintain the equilibrium of the two rights remains a question. We must define scientifically the connotations of the two rights and command strictly the principles to solve the clash and the equilibrium of the right of privacy and the power of knowing, enhance theory-research and perfect the law system of citizen's personal rights.
