摘要
为了探讨核间性眼肌麻痹的发生机制 ,本实验应用荧光金逆行标记法研究了大鼠展神经核的细胞构筑及其与动眼神经核之间的联系。结果表明 :(1)展神经核至少含有两类神经元 ,即除展神经核运动神经元之外还含有一定数量的位于展神经核和动眼神经核之间的核间神经元 ;(2 )运动神经元多为大、中型多极神经元和梨状神经元 ,核间神经元多为小梭形神经元 ;(3 )展神经核由腹内侧亚群和背外侧亚群两个部分组成 ;背外侧亚群以核间神经元为主 ,腹内侧亚群在吻侧 1/ 3部核间神经元和展神经核运动神经元各独立成群而在尾侧 2 /
To study the mechanism of the internuclear opthalmoplegia(INO), the retrograde tracing technique of fluorogold(FG) was used to investigate the cell architecture of rat abducent nucleus (ABN). The results were as follows: (1) ABN consisted of two kinds of neurons at least: one was abducent motoneurons(AMNs) and the other was abducent internuclear neurons(AINs).Yet there might be another kind of neurons-interneurons(InNs) in ABN. (2) AMNs were usually large and medium, and their shape probably was multipolar or piriform. Most of AINs had small and fusiform shape. (3) ABN was composed of a ventromedial subgroup and a dorsolateral subgroup. The dorsolateral subgroup mainly consisted of AINs. In the ventromedial subgoup, AINs and AMNs were separated in the rostral one third and intermingled in the caudal two thirds.
