分析了山西煤炭的市场竞争力、优势及劣势 ,提出了山西煤炭市场的竞争战略 ,认为应由资源开发型向资源增值型转变 ;加快实施大公司、大集团发展战略 ,推进体制、机制创新 ;加大结构调整力度 ,促进产业优化升级 。
By analyzing the competitiveness, advantages and disadvantages of Shanxi coal, the paper presents the development strategy of Shanxi coal. The strategy includes increasing the added value of coal resource, speeding up the process of enterprises reorganization, promoting system innovation, quickening up the pace of structural adjustment, optimizing and upgrading coal industry and find a new industrialized route suitable for Shanxi coal industry.
