摘要
基于网络教育教学是一种全新的教育理念 ,本文对网络教育教学的概念、本质及其基本特征做了详细的论述 ,并与传统教育进行了比较 ,最后提出了网络教育是新世纪教育发展的一个必然趋势 .
Educational teaching one brand-new education theory on the basis of network, this text make detailed argumentation to network educational concept, essence and his essential feature of teaching. And has compared with the traditional education, proposed finally that online education is an inexorable trend of educational development in the new century.
