综述了正硅酸乙酯水解反应原理及反应条件对纳米SiO2粒子尺寸及分布区间的影响。介绍了纳米SiO2在各个领域的应用。

The hydrolysis mechanism of tetraethoxysilane and the influence of conditions of the hydrolysis reaction on the particle size and distribution are described in this article. Its application in some aspects is also summarized.
