摘要
合成了新显色剂2_四氮唑偶氮_5_二乙氨基酚 (简称TTZAPN) ,研究了它与Zn2 + 显色的条件 ;结果表明 ,Zn2 +在 pH5.0的HAc -NaAc缓冲溶液中与TTZAPN形成稳定的组成比为1∶3的红色配合物 ,λmax=505nm ,试剂的λmax=430nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数3.47×104 L·mol-1·cm-1,Zn2 + 在0~1.2mg/L范围内符合比耳定律 ;本方法可不经分离直接测定人发中微量锌 ,结果满意。
The synthesis of a newreagent2-tetrazolylazo-5-diethylaminophenol(TTZAPN)and the conditions of its reaction with Zn 2+ are reported.Results show that the TTZAPN reacts with Zn 2+ to form a stable red complex(1∶3)in a buffer solution of HAc-NaAc(pH=5.0).The maximum absorption wavelength and apparent molar absorbance are505nm and3.47×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,respectively.Beer's lawis obeyed in the range of0~1.2mg/L for Zn 2+ .The method has been satisfactorily applied to the direct determination of zinc in human hair.
