从民间常用中药十大功劳中提取、分离出一种结晶性的抗流感病毒活性组分F6;经熔点测定、旋光度测定、薄层色谱分析 (TLC)、高效液相色谱分析 (HPLC)、质谱分析 (MS)、核磁共振分析 (NMR)和红外分析(IR) ,确定F6的主要成分为异汉防己碱。

A crystalline alkaloid,F6,was isolated from the roots of Mohania.beali(Fort),a traditional Chinese medicine.Through the chicken embryo test,it has been shown to possess strong anti - influenza activity.Its chemical composition and molecular structure were studied in detail.According to the data of melting point,TLC,MS, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR,FT-IR and HPLC,the main component of the alkaloid was a bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloid,1R,1′S-isotetrandrine.
