摘要
建立了流动注射氢化物发生非色散原子荧光光谱法测定中药成药中微量As和Pb的方法 ;研究了酸度、载气流速、KBH4 浓度及流速等条件对荧光信号强度的影响 ;优化实验条件下 ,方法对As和Pb的检出限分别为0.016和0.42μg·L-1 ,相对标准偏差分别为1.1 %和0.48 % (As75.7μg·L-1 ,Pb100μg·L-1 ,n=12) ;方法具有操作简便、快速、灵敏度高的优点 ,可用于中药成药中微量As和Pb的测定。
A method for determination of As and Pb in traditional Chinese medicine by flow injection hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry(FI-HG-AFS)has been proposed.Operation conditions such as acidity,NaBH 4 concentration and carrier gas flowrate,which have effects on sensitivity and stability of developed method,have been investigated.Detection limits(3σ)are0.012and0.42μg·L -1 for As and Pb,respectively,under optimized operation conditions.Relative standard deviations(n=12)are1.1%and0.48%for As75.7μg·L -1 and Pb100μg·L -1 ,respectively.The results obtained with this method have been proved by the reˉcovery of standard addition of the real world samples.The results of real world sample analysis are in good aˉgreement with those of atomic absorption spectrometry.
