摘要
研究了噻满酮在悬汞电极上的吸附伏安行为特征 ,并建立了测定噻满酮的线性扫描吸附伏安分析方法 ;在 pH=5.5的NaAc -HAc缓冲溶液中 ,噻满酮于 -1.27V(vsSCE)产生灵敏的还原峰 ,噻满酮含量在0.4~20mg/L范围内与峰高呈线性关系 ,检出限为0.08mg/L ;利用该法测定了农药制剂和农田水样中的噻满酮含量。
The absorptive behavior of hexythiazox on a hanging mercury-drop electrode was studied in details.The electrolytic reduction of hexythiazox with4-electron transfer can be related to the reduction of ketonic and enolic bonds in hexythiazox.In a HAc-NaAc buffer solution(pH=5.5),hexythiazox yields a sensitive reduction peak at-1.27V(vs.SCE).A sensitive linear-scan voltammetric method for hexythiazox has been thus deˉveloped.A linear relationship between the peak height and the concentration of hexythiazox was observed in the range of0.40~20mg/L,and the detect limit was found to be0.08mg/L.The method has been applied for the determination of hexythiazox in water and fruit samples.
