摘要
从理论和实践操作两方面 ,对高校实施公开选拔和竞争上岗的程序问题进行了阐述。坚持公正原则 ,合理设置公开选拔、竞争上岗工作程序 ,严格履行程序 ,才能保证公开选拔、竞争上岗工作的顺利推进。
This paper elaborates on the procedure for applying open selection and appointment in colleges and universities form both theoretica l and practical aspects. It is devised rationally that only to carry out the pro cedure for applying open selection and appointment through competition on the pr inciple of justice and implement strictly the procedure can the open selection a nd appointment through competition be smoothly carried out.
