This paper, firstly, make a suggestion that heating su pply should be d esigned to be metered household and regulated in each room. Secondly, it discuss es some practical problems on the design such as the system composition, the way s of pipeline laying, stem pipes and thermameters installing. Finally, it detail s some affairs and techniques to which should be paid attention.
