摘要
人才培养有赖于成功的教育 ,而成功教育的关键是教育者 ,主要环节是课堂。教师的言行、素质直接影响人才培养的效果。课堂教学应把讲授知识与塑造心灵结合起来 。
Talent training relies on successful education, at whi ch the secondary school aimed, while the teacher is the key of successful education and the clas sroom instruction is the main link. The words, deeds and qualities of teachers w ill directly affect the result of talent training. So, classroom teaching must c ombine knowledge imparting with moral character molding.
