摘要
为解决煤矸石在制做墙地砖中硬度较高、塑性指数较低、干燥线收缩较大和含热量高等问题,课题组将微波辐照技术应用于煤矸石建筑墙地砖预破碎和干燥工艺中,试验证明:这不但解决了用煤矸石研制建筑墙地砖技术难点,而且也为开发生产墙地砖新原料,提供了一条新思路。
In order to solve problem that hardness,dryness lineal shrinkage and heat content of coal gangue is higher, and plasticity index is lower in producing coal gangue ceramic veneer,researchers use microwave radiation technique in breaking and drying coal gangue ceramic veneer adobe. Experiment has proved that this way on the one hand solves technique difficulty in producing ceramic veneer with coal gangue, on the other hand offers new method in exploiting new raw material and increase content of science and technology of producing ceramic veneer.
