摘要
以蛇纹石、白云石为原料,根据不同的饱和系数配料,并加入一定的稳定剂,在1200~1300℃煅烧,制得稳定的镁钙质耐火材料。经X-射线衍射分析证实所得矿物为MgO和C2S等,耐火度达到1680℃以上。
The test samples that were made using chrysotile and dolomite as starting materials and according to different saturation coefficient (KH) were calcined at 1200~1300℃, and obtained stable magnesite calcium refractory. Major minerals in the refractory are MgO and C 2S that were confirmed by XRD. The pyrometric cone equivalent of the refractory samples is over 1680℃.
