高校思想政治的工作效果是决定学生精神面貌和人文素养的重要条件。社会文明发展进程加快对各种人才综合素质的要求明显提高 ,因此如何加强和改进高等学校思想政治工作 ,提高工作效果是高等教育工作的一项十分艰巨任务。
