摘要
国家助学贷款在实行两年多来取得了巨大的成绩 ,但这项政策在执行过程中 ,资助效果仍不尽如人意。文章分析了现阶段国家助学贷款中主要存在的问题 ,并在此基础上提出了一些对策 :加大国家助学贷款宣传力度 ;完善国家助学贷款偿还制度 ;要不断创新 ,采取多种途径降低银行风险率 ;建立健全个人信用机制 ,严格信用监管 ;广大学生应该培养信用道德观念 ,诚实守信。
The policy of national student loans has acquire enormous achievements in more than two years, but the effect of this policy are not perfect. The author analyses the main existing problem in national student loans at the present stage, and puts forward following countermeasures strengthening the propaganda of national student loans; perfecting the system of national student loans and repayment; innovating constantly, adopting multiple channels to reduce bank risk rate; setting up and perfecting the personal credit mechanism, establishing strict credit supervision; training the moral concept of credit of students.
