高校学生干部队伍是学校开展教育管理的一支重要力量。在当前学生干部队伍建设中 ,存在着忽视政治理论素质的提高等问题 ,学校要根据新时期学生干部的具体情况 ,坚持原则 ,大胆使用 ,关心爱护 ,促进学生干部队伍建设的健康发展。
