摘要
针对芳烃渣干燥的特点选择干燥设备,再应用二次通用旋转组合设计,建立了试验因素为导热油入口温度Z_1(℃)、干燥机主轴转速Z_2(r/min)、芳烃渣进料量Z_3(kg/h)、干燥速率y_1(kg/h)和芳烃渣最终湿含量y_2(%)的数学模型,并根据此模型得到了最优的生产工艺参数。
In the process of Aromatic Hydrocarbon Sinter drying,first based on the diying stuff,selecting the drying equipment,then applying the Quadric Universal Unitized Design to construct the statistic mathematics model with three experimental factor——the temperature of the conducting heat oil pipe's entrance Z_1(℃),the speed of rotation of dryer's basic shaft Z_2(r/min),the inlet amount of Aromatic Hydrocarbon Sinter Z_3(kg/h),in the end,getting the equation among three factor mentioned above,drying speed rate y_1(kg/h) and final humidity ratio y_2(%).According to the model,getting the optimum technical parameter.
