介绍了解决厚壁盒形件拉伸后切边困难的难题所设计的可由内向外1次完成冲切的悬挂式切边模具的结构及工作过程。该切边模结构简单 ,工作可靠 。
In order to overcome the trimming difficulty after drawing the thick_wall box_shaped part, a hanging punch was designed to accomplish the trimming by one stamping from inside to outside. The structure and working process of the hanging trimming die was introduced. The die has the advantages of simple structure and reliable operation, and can be used on ordinary hydraulic presses.
