为了实现弯曲模的自动卸料 ,设计了滑块卸料机构 ,介绍了该机构的工作过程及其设计要点。采用自动卸料机构 ,降低了劳动强度、提高了生产效率。

In order to realize automatic stripping with the bending die, a slide_structure stripping mechanism was designed. The working process of the mechanism and the main points for the design were introduced. With the automatic stripping mechanism, the labor strength was reduced, the production efficiency increased and the operation security ensured.
